RECIPES
Today we have a few simple recipes based on poor ingredients and situable for everyone.
SARDE SPINATE

Ingredients: 1kg of sardines; 1/2 cup of vinegar; 200 gr of flour; 2 eggs; salt and extra-virgin olive oil qs.
Preparation: Clean the sardines by taking of the head and take off the entrails, open them form the stomach, take off the entrails and the tail. Wash them well under running water and after rinse them in a solution of water and vinegar. Dry them well.
After that you need to put them in the flour and aftewards in the beaten eggs. Next put them in the hot olive oil and let them cook until they become golden and crunchy afterwards put them in some kitchen paper until they are nice and dry, don't forget the salt.
